Protein balls are the perfect healthy treat when you are on the go and want something sweet but don't want to undo all the hard work you did that morning in the gym. They are a great source of protein and healthy fats to keep you going between meals and satisfying your sugar cravings!
The protein balls taste just like cookie dough but unlike real cookie dough they are refined sugar free and full of ingredients to nourish your body.
1/2 cup of medjool dates (pitted)
4 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 cup of Vanilla Bean Four Protein powder
1 cup of almonds
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1. Combine almonds in a food processor until ground. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
2. Roll mixture into small balls and place in the fridge for 20 minutes minimum to set.
3. Store in the fridge.
