Who said green smoothies can't be delicious?
This is the perfect post workout or healthy breakfast option when you feel like something sweet and want to kick start your day but don't want your blood sugar levels to crash within 10 minutes of consuming your meal! This bowl is a great source of antioxidants, protein, healthy fats and fibre and is the perfect way to get in 1.5 whole servings of greens before 9am.
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Bean Four Protein
- 1/3 cup of coconut water (no added sugar)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 small cucumber
1 tbsp of psyllium husk
- 6-8 cubes of ice
- Place all ingredients in food processor or high powered blender and mix until well combined. Add extra ice or liquid to achieve desired consistency.
- Top with your favourite toppings and consume immediately.
