To celebrate the launch of Four Protein + Acai, we have developed one of our absolute favorite all natural Acai bowl recipe for you guys to enjoy.
Gluten-free | Grain-free
For the bowl:
1 cup chopped frozen banana, chopped frozen zucchini or a combination of both *
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Four Protein + Açai
1 cup water
Raw cacao nibs
Dried sour cherries
- Blend the bowl ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your desired toppings.
- Enjoy straight away.
Serves 1 - 2.
* Make sure you chop the banana and/or the zucchini into pieces before freezing (this will make it easier to blend). You can replace some or all of the frozen banana with frozen zucchini for a lower sugar option.
