Today’s recipe is by our guest contributor and absolute favorites Olivia Wells. Olivia was a former Miss Universe, currently studying medicine and one of the fittest human’s we know.
Olivia has picked her favorite simple and super quick Four Protein Natural Zoats (Zucchini + Oats) recipe to share with you guys.
In her words:
‘Just like chocolate pudding but a ridiculously healthy breakfast’
So let’s do this-
½ cup oats
1 small zucchini grated
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/8 tsp vanilla essence
1 heaped tsp raw cacao
Stevia to taste
1 scoop Four Protein Raw Cacao
- Add oats, zucchini, almond milk, vanilla essence and cacao + stevia to a small saucepan and cook as you would regular porridge on med heat, stirring until it begins to thicken.
- Remove from heat and slowly mix in Four Protein, stirring to prevent clumping.
- Serve, you could try topping with strawberries, bananas or a mix of nuts, seeds and cranberries like I have.
