We hear you - so we have partnered up with Australian nutritionist - Melanie Lionello from Naturally Nutritious to bring you her simple and seriously delicious Peanut Butter Choc Protein Cookies. These protein cookies are a great addition if your looking for a quick and easy go-to natural snack solution.
½ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 scoop Cacao Four Protein
Pinch of sea salt
1 tbs rapadura sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place all ingredients into a bowl, and mix very well.
Using your hands, pick up a golf-ball sized ball of batter and roughly roll between your hands. Place ball onto a baking paper lined baking tray and gently press down with a fork. Repeat until all batter is used. (Should make approx. 6 golf-ball sized cookies)
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cookies are firm to touch and beginning to brown. Cool slightly and enjoy!
*You can add more sugar if you have a sweeter tooth.
